The Boba is good and I love the amount of options. The tea and refresher bases are good but clearly powdered which gives a highly fake, processed taste. The waffles are good but take them foreverrrrrrrr to make. The smoothies are just awful, overly sweet, extremely icy, and tastes like powder, water and ice. I would be shocked if it contained any actual fruit. Overall a nice place but everything tastes so artificial and processed, makes my body feel gross and crave actual fruit and vegetables after consuming.
Glad to see TC getting boba places, but the drinks from here were bad. Everything is powder based so there’s no real authentic flavors. A good milk tea would be made with brewed tea, milk and sugar/sweet syrup added. The pearls were good, but the overall cost for these drinks are not worth it. Recommend the owners visit a city with real milk tea and adjust your recipe. Otherwise, lower the prices; such an absurd cost for low quality powdered products.
Also, maybe properly train your staff on HOW to train new staff? The girl at the counter was very nice, but the person trying to train her was grumpy and unprofessional about it.
Finally, a boba tea shop in Traverse City! Fruit teas, milk teas, signature blends, tapioca pearls, bursting bobas and jelly bits! The possibilities are endless! A friendly staff and cute giant murals for fun selfies make it a great place to get our boba tea fix. And now they’re offering Hong Kong and Pandan waffles! We stop in at least twice a week. So happy you’re here!!!
The employees are just as amazing as the Boba drinks! The staff is always so friendly, and make the most delicious drinks. You cannot go wrong here! There is a flavor combo for everyone. Think of Willy Wonka but for drinks and that’s CuTea Boba! Traverse City is lucky to have this fun and innovative business in our community.
Cutea Boba is by far the best place in TC to get boba tea. The staff is beyond friendly and it is family owned and operated (by the loveliest family). Highly recommend Cutea Boba to every and anyone. They recently added food to their menu (Banh my) and omg….phenomenal!!
Everyone who works here has been incredibly nice, and by far the best bubble tea I've had. The owner even recommended me a drink I wasn't sure about, and it's my absolute favorite!! Love coming here
